This blog has been created with the intention to deliver interesting facts about diet, nutrition, health, and fitness. Nowadays we come across words like keto, paleo, Atkins and many similar forms of diet, but what exactly they are, what are there effects, we will be discussing everything about them here.
Being an Indian I will be discussing everything with respect to Indian diets.






Weight loss, weight gain or any other fitness goal can be achieved through proper guidance, consistency, and determination. So we will explore ways to achieve three of these components. We sometimes focus on diet more but what about nutrition, we sometimes ignore it but it is the most important part of a healthy lifestyle. We will discuss nutrition too.

So let's explore health and its two basic pillars; diet and nutrition!
